Chicco Stroller One4ever Problem

We bought a One4ever Reversible stroller from Korupark Chicco Store. However, since the first day of the product, problems such as spontaneous opening of the folding arm and not closing completely have emerged. Additionally, the product had a movement problem due to the right front wheel not fully touching the ground. The product does not move easily when there is a baby on it and the right wheel tends to lift up in the air when turning. 2. Since we had a stroller, the difference between it and the other stroller was clearly visible. At the Korupark Chicco branch we went to with these complaints, we were told that the complaint of the wheel not moving to the ground in this model was very common. However, it was said that it was fixed after the repair. So we delivered the stroller to be given to the service. We were informed that the product was ready and that we could come and collect it. When we went to the branch and asked whether our complaints had been resolved, we were told, as if we were kidding, that it was maintained and that no action was taken to prevent the opening handle from constantly opening on its own. When we look at the product, it becomes clear that only the wheels are cleaned and the release lever is constantly releasing itself. When we told the person at the branch that we did not accept this situation, they said half-baked things like we were right and there was nothing they could do
