IKEA Turkiye Hasn't Delivered Missing Part Of Baby Cot For 1.5 Months
On February 24, 2024, my Myllra baby cot from IKEA Kartal in Istanbul, Turkey was delivered incomplete due to damage during transportation. They assured me that the missing part would be sent shortly, but it never arrived because it was out of stock. I later found out that the delivery was handled by the Bayrampaşa store, making them responsible for sending the missing part. However, they informed me that the item could only be shipped once it arrived from abroad. It's been 1.5 months, and there's still no clarity on when it will be restocked. Meanwhile, the price of baby cots has increased. If I opt for a refund, I'll only get back the old price I paid and will have to purchase a more expensive cot. What's perplexing is that despite availability in the Antalya store, they won't fulfill my order from there, insisting on waiting for the stock to arrive from abroad with no definite date. The store has been unhelpful and hasn't offered any solutions. If this isn't resolved promptly, I'll have no choice but to explore legal options.
