The Dishwasher Motor I Bought from Arcelik Failed Within 1 Year

The motor in the dishwasher I bought from them in April 2023 broke down. I called their service, and despite promises that the part would arrive and be fixed by Tuesday, it's now Saturday and they keep telling me the part hasn't come yet. They've been giving me the runaround since Tuesday, constantly pushing the timeline back. I'm pregnant and going through a tough time, and I've pleaded for them to hurry up, but they keep delaying. I have guests coming and it's incredibly humiliating. On top of that, the service representative I spoke to was rude and disrespectful, even laughing at my concerns. Arçelik, this dishwasher's motor failed within a year, and I urgently need your service team to resolve this situation.

The same things keep happening: the customer representative calls and says they are forwarding my complaint to the relevant departments and adding that the situation is urgent, but there is no result. The spare part still hasn't arrived, and I'm still being kept waiting. I say that I have low risk and need to move minimally, and they say yes, you are right, but there is still no solution. You keep stalling. Such a terrible service and such terrible customer relations are unacceptable for a brand. Arçelik, you are truly a disappointment. We say let's choose a local brand, but you make us regret it.
