Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Rear Camera Problem

I took my 2023 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro to Chery Aldatmaz Otomotiv exactly one month ago for the 30,000 km maintenance. I reported that my digital rearview mirror system and front-rear cameras were not working. The service personnel there informed me that none of the cameras were functioning due to a malfunction in the rear camera. They placed an order for the rear camera and mentioned that it could take up to a month for the part to arrive. Just now, I visited the service center again, and they are now saying that the rear camera may not arrive for a long time and that Chery is not sending this part from abroad. As your customer, I am facing a serious grievance. The warranty on all electronic components of my vehicle is still valid for another two and a half years. I urgently request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and kindly ask for an immediate response. Otherwise, I would like to inform you that I will exercise all my consumer rights, pursue the matter with the relevant authorities, and take legal action.

Unfortunately, not every Chery service dealer provides the same service to their customers. I strongly advise you not to go to Aldatmaz Oto. Based on my own and my acquaintances' experiences, I recommend choosing Mengerler or ATMO instead. For example, only the glass of my right mirror was broken. At first, Aldatmaz told me that only the glass could be replaced, but a day later they said the entire mirror needed to be replaced. I didn’t have it changed. I took my car to Mengerler. There, they helped by only replacing the glass. It’s a very ridiculous situation. I’ve had a few other similar experiences as well. Honestly, Aldatmaz Oto has made me lose interest in the Chery brand.

This issue was resolved by Aldatmaz Oto after a considerable delay. But I strongly do not recommend anyone to go to this service.

Frankly, Aldatmaz Oto has made me lose my interest in the Chery brand.
