Cerebrum IQ Unauthorized ₺750 Charge – Refund Request

I downloaded Cerebrum IQ, and it stated that the usage fee was ₺35. However, without my consent, they charged ₺750 from my account! How is this even possible? This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund.

I never agreed to such a high charge, and there was no clear warning about this deduction. Is there no law to stop these unfair charges? I feel completely scammed and want my money returned immediately.

I am filing a complaint and warning others to stay away from this platform. Cerebrum IQ, refund my money now! I will take further action if this issue is not resolved.
