On July 12, 2024, I ordered an iron from carrefour.com. Due to high demand, the delivery was rescheduled to July 16, 2024. On the scheduled delivery day, I received a message stating that my product was being prepared with care. However, when I called to check, I was informed that the item had run out of stock. They offered to either cancel the order or postpone the delivery date, with the promise to send it when it became available. Now, over two weeks have passed, and the delivery has been postponed repeatedly every couple of days. Attached are the messages regarding the delays. I urgently request that this issue be resolved and my inconvenience be addressed.
