Camper Order Delays, and Refund Issues
I placed an order with Camper (Order Number: 4005437991) on February 12, 2024. Despite the invoice being issued, nearly two months have passed with no delivery and no updates. My attempts to get information (at least three messages) went unanswered. When I finally reached the call center, they assured me someone would call back, but I realized this was just a way to brush me off. After more follow-ups and similar dismissive responses, they informed me they would refund my payment. I never requested a cancellation; the item was in stock. If the product ran out (which their website still shows as available), it's due to the delay they caused. To make matters worse, the refunded amount was incorrect, falling short of what I paid. Throughout this ordeal, not once did I receive an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. This experience has soured me on Camper entirely. I won’t be shopping with them again, online or in-store, and I strongly advise others to avoid them to prevent similar frustrations.
