Jeep Renegade Engine Shaking and Gearbox Oil Leak

I own a Jeep Renegade and I recently experienced a problem where the engine warning lamp came on, even though there was no engine shaking or similar symptom at that time. I took the vehicle to the authorized Jeep service Kartas Karaoguzlar in Ankara. They initially informed me that the problem was with the engine and then stated that they also detected an oil leak from the gearbox. They told me the repair would take 15 days, and I left the car at the service. I had only used the vehicle for about 20 kilometers before this situation occurred. When I later attempted to sell my car, the independent expertise reported that the engine was shaking on the road and that there was a serious oil leak problem. I then called Jeep Turkey and requested that another authorized service handle my case. However, I was redirected back to the same service in Ankara, and without even seeing my car again, they claimed that there was no problem. I am very disappointed that an authorized service both identified such a serious issue and yet now denies any problem without a proper re‑inspection, and that my request for another service to take over was not taken into account. I request that Jeep ensures my vehicle is properly examined by a different authorized service if necessary, that the engine shaking and oil leak issues are fully and correctly repaired under appropriate conditions, and that my mağduriyet due to this process is taken into consideration.
