Carrefour Canceled Dijitsu 55 DS 8500 TV Order




On 08/03/2024, I made a purchase with order number 154846834 for a Dijitsu 55 DS 8500 model TV using the Carrefour SA mobile app. The following day, my order went from 'preparing' to 'order canceled' out of nowhere. After talking to customer service, they let me know that my order got canceled because they ran out of the product. They promised me that the app would refresh its inventory within 24 hours; however, it's been a whole week and the TV still shows as in stock on the website, which is really disappointing. Why has the TV been up for sale for a whole week if it's not even available? I'm really let down by this situation.
