Approximately one week ago, the edges of the instrument display on my CFMOTO 800MT Sport motorcycle began to peel. The peeling has continued to spread day by day and has now become increasingly noticeable and unpleasant. In addition to affecting the motorcycle's appearance, this issue could also negatively impact its resale value.

I have learned that other owners of the same motorcycle model have experienced similar problems. I have also come across numerous user reviews and complaints online indicating that this issue has affected multiple owners within just three years of use. Based on these reports, I believe this may be a recurring manufacturing defect.

When I contacted customer service, I was informed that they could not assist me because my motorcycle's warranty period had expired. However, I do not accept the expiration of the warranty as a sufficient reason to refuse any assistance with what appears to be a widespread and recurring manufacturing-related issue.

I request that CFMOTO properly investigate this problem and consider that the peeling of the instrument display is likely caused by a manufacturing defect rather than user error.

I expect my instrument display to be replaced free of charge, as has reportedly been done for other motorcycles experiencing the same issue. I believe customers should not be left responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing a component affected by a recurring manufacturing defect simply because the standard warranty period has expired.

I look forward to a fair resolution and a positive response from CFMOTO.
