On February 24, 2024, and March 8, 2024, I made orders that got canceled the next day because the store claimed they were out of stock. Even after reaching out to Carrefour headquarters and talking to the store several times, I didn't get a helpful response other than being told about the store's position. The store says they give preference to customers in the store rather than those ordering online, which has led to online buyers like me missing out on stock. It's just not right that a big company like Carrefour can't handle their inventory well, causing customers who ordered a day ahead to be left without their items and not dealing with their complaints. Why take orders if there's no stock available? So, if orders are taken, shouldn't the company have to deliver the product to the customer? It's pretty surprising that these items are still up for sale on the website. I will explore all options to address this issue, such as filing complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Board if the products are not delivered to me. Here's the proof in the photos attached.

I have been called many times by Carrefour SA, and the answer is always the same: the product is out of stock, they called about a different product, if I wanted a different product, I would order it. If the product is out of stock, why did you take the order, and did it only occur to you 24 hours later that the product was unavailable? Where do you get the right to cancel by saying you tried to reach me once and couldn't? What's even funnier is that the product they say is out of stock is still listed for sale even after 48 hours. I am attaching a screenshot showing that the product is still listed for sale. I would like to state that I will use my legal rights to the fullest extent.
