I Face Refund Denial From Carjet After Refusing Wrong Car Model

I booked a 10-day rental of an Opel Corsa Diesel Automatic through Carjet with the reservation number cjt-186873847, provided by Emr Car Rental. When I arrived at Antalya Airport to pick up the car, I was offered a Dacia Sandero, which was not the vehicle listed in my reservation. Since this was not the car I had booked or paid for, I refused to accept it and canceled the rental on the spot.

Despite not using the car at all, my €38 deposit and €65 insurance fee were never refunded. This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and the lack of support from Carjet has been extremely disappointing.

I request that my deposit (€38) and insurance payment (€65) be refunded immediately, as the rental agreement was not honored and I received no service in return.
