Requesting Refund From Carjet After Being Denied Car for License Reason
On June 13, I made an online car rental booking through Carjet to pick up the vehicle at Istanbul Airport. When I arrived at the rental office, the staff informed me that my driver’s license was considered outdated, and therefore, they could not proceed with the rental. I was told that the full amount would be refunded to my account.
However, despite this assurance, the refund has not been processed. The payment of €238.37 was charged to my credit card, and I have been waiting for the money to be returned. My reservation reference number is CJT-176431474, and my email address is e*******@web.de**.
I request that Carjet refund the €238.37 payment immediately, as I did not use the service, and the cancellation was initiated by the rental company, not by me.
