On August 7, 2025, I canceled my Carjet reservation with reference number CJT-184209908. After the cancellation, I received an email confirmation stating that my €22.36 payment would be refunded within three days. However, it has now been over a week, and no refund has been processed.
I am also facing serious communication issues with Carjet. It is impossible to reach the company by phone, and I have not received any response to my emails. There is no active support contact available through their website either. I was supposed to pick up the car in Denizli city center, but due to this issue, I’ve been left frustrated and without assistance.
I request that the refund for my canceled reservation (€22.36) be processed immediately, and I urge Carjet to improve its customer support channels to prevent others from facing similar problems.
