Calzedonia Tights Return Denied Despite Incorrect Sizing Advice

I recently purchased a pair of tights in size S, my standard size, from Calzedonia. I asked the sales associate for guidance, as sizing can vary by model. Unfortunately, they failed to inform me that this particular style runs smaller, leading to a poor fit.

When I attempted to return or exchange the product, citing the official website's policy allowing returns and exchanges for tights, the store staff denied my request. Their refusal to honor their own policy is both frustrating and disappointing.

If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect Calzedonia to address this situation and ensure consistent customer service across all locations.
