Having Problems with Calzedonia and Unhelpful Customer Service

Calzedonia is another brand that I deeply regret purchasing. I've been thoroughly disappointed in every aspect. Neither the store nor the customer service provided any assistance. I submitted my tights for inspection on 21.12.2023, claiming that these highly durable tights had worn out even with correct usage. Unfortunately, there was no response within the promised 10 days. Only by chance did I find out when I called them.

Upon visiting the store, I discovered that the tights were out of stock, and they claimed the new stock would arrive with the next shipment. Despite my request for a call, I received none. Upon my follow-up call, I was informed that the tights had not arrived and were expected the next week. Unfortunately, I will be out of town for several months after that date. They were unwilling to provide the tights from another store and audaciously suggested extending this privilege to my relative. Even if my relative could pick it up, the shipping cost would fall on me. Is this not absurd? It's indeed a fiasco.

Rather than spending a considerable amount on Calzedonia tights, approximately 200 TL would yield the same result. The lack of assistance is truly frustrating, leaving me stranded. Let me also mention the specific store: Istanbul Cevahir Mall. I don't particularly recommend this place.
