I purchased a pair of Calzedonia stockings for ₺875 after being assured by the salesperson that a small size would fit me. When I tried them at home, I realized they were far too tight—even one leg couldn’t fit. I returned the item to the Erenköy store, and it was sent for inspection, but my request was denied without a valid explanation. How can I know if stockings will fit without trying them on? To make matters worse, when I asked for a tracking number to follow up on the inspection, I was told no such number exists. If the product had truly been inspected, they would have seen it was too small. I plan to escalate this issue to Calzedonia’s Italy headquarters and demand an immediate resolution.
