Calzedonia Leopard Print Socks Arrived Damaged, Refund Request Denied

Dear Calzedonia Team,
I recently purchased leopard print socks from your online store. Upon opening the package, I discovered a large tear in the socks. I immediately reported the issue to customer service and returned the defective item. However, my refund request was denied, citing "user error," and the damaged socks were sent back to me.
If I had used the product, the wear would have been evident on the foot area, which is not the case. Sending a defective item and then blaming the customer is unacceptable. This practice not only damages customer trust but also reflects poorly on your brand.
I urge Calzedonia to review this matter carefully, accept the return, and issue a full refund. If not resolved promptly, I will exercise my legal rights and escalate this issue. This situation has been deeply disappointing, and I hope for a swift resolution.
