My Columbia T-Shirt Return Was Denied After One Day

I bought a t-shirt from their store on June 3rd, and the very next day, June 4th, I went back to return or exchange it. I wish I hadn't even bothered! They flat-out told me no exchanges and no returns were possible. Their excuse? "You've worn it before, and now you're bringing it back." This is completely unacceptable. How could I have significantly worn a shirt in just one day?

I then called customer service, and they were just as unhelpful, coldly stating, "We can't assist you; we don't accept returns." It's frankly laughable how unhelpful they are. When I pressed them on how they could help, they offered no answer whatsoever. They're practically mocking customers with their ridiculous policies and non-existent support. I refuse to let them keep my money for a product I couldn't even return within 24 hours.

Columbia, you need to rectify this immediately. Accept my return for the t-shirt and issue a full refund now! Your return policy and customer service are a disgrace. Stop playing games with your customers' money and provide a fair resolution.
