Calzedonia Product MODP0862 Stretched After One Wear, No Support for Return or Exchange

I purchased the MODP0862 product from the Aqua Florya Calzedonia store, and after wearing it just once, it stretched and developed knee marks. For the price I paid, I expected higher quality. Naturally, I reached out to the store to request a return or exchange. However, they claimed they couldn’t do anything because I have a digital receipt, stating, "This is the same everywhere."

What’s worse, the salesperson, who was incredibly persistent while making the sale, failed to inform me of any potential issues. When I asked if I needed to keep the receipt, I was told, "It’s fine even without it." Now, they refuse to acknowledge the issue or assist with my concern.

Selling a defective product and hiding behind poor policies is unacceptable. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed, and I will not shop at Calzedonia again. The lack of customer support and accountability has completely eroded my trust in the brand.
