Mango Pants Deformed After One Use - Refund or Exchange Request

On Sunday, 16 November, I purchased trousers from the Mango store and paid a considerable amount, expecting quality in line with the Mango brand. I wore the trousers only once, yet they quickly became loose and formed knee marks, which made them look deformed and unusable for me. After noticing this problem, I contacted Mango store and customer service. However, they did not help me with either a return or an exchange. I even requested the store’s phone number, but they refused to share it. I have a call record related to this process, and I still have the receipt for the purchase. Considering that the trousers deteriorated after a single use and did not meet the expected quality, I kindly request the refund of the amount I paid or, if possible, an exchange with a non-defective product.
