Stradivarius Leather Coat Peeling - Store Refused Exchange

In March 2024, I bought a leather Coat from the Stradivarius store. After a while of regular use, the leather of the mont started to crack and peel, which is absolutely not acceptable in such a short time and clearly shows poor quality. When I went to the same store to report the problem, I was told that since I could not find my receipt, there was nothing they could do. This was communicated to me in a very rude manner, which made the situation even more upsetting. Despite the obvious manufacturing or material defect, my complaint was dismissed just because I did not have the receipt with me. I request that my mont, which has cracked and peeled leather in a short period of time, be repaired or exchanged with a fault-free product. I expect Stradivarius to stand behind its product and to resolve this issue in a respectful and customer-oriented way.
