I purchased a pair of socks from Calzedonia at Zorlu Center for ₺900, trusting in the quality of their "Italian assurance." However, after wearing them just once, they became deformed. I went back to the store to request an exchange, but they insisted on a receipt. Who keeps receipts for socks purchased a month ago?

The store directed me to their customer service center, which turned out to be even worse. I spent 10 minutes trying to reach someone, but no one answered. I’ve been trapped in a frustrating cycle with no resolution or accountability. This experience has been deeply disappointing. I expect Calzedonia to address this issue immediately and process an exchange for the defective product.
