I placed an order from Burger King, and once again my order arrived incomplete. Just a week ago, a representative had called me about a similar issue and assured me that it would not happen again. Yet here I am facing the exact same problem.
I ordered two economic menus and clearly specified in the notes that I wanted crinkle-cut fries. Despite this, the order arrived both incomplete and incorrect. One of the hamburgers was missing entirely, and the fries that were delivered were plain, tiny, and completely cold.
This is now the second time within two weeks that the Balıkesir, Karesi, Avlu branch has managed to mishandle my order. How can the same store repeatedly fail to prepare something as simple as a standard order? Are the employees unable to see properly, or do they simply have trouble understanding what is written?
I refuse to accept this level of service. I will not be ordering from this branch or from Burger King as a whole again, and I will make sure none of my family or friends do either. A global brand should not allow such incompetence to go unchecked.
