After placing my order, I was told it was on its way, however, one hour later, I had to speak to a customer service representative who informed me that my order had been canceled, I mean if it was why didn't you call??? I would be waiting for it for hours, even days if I didn't call... If they were going to cancel my order, why did they tell me it was already on its way? Are they just making things up as they go along? What about my inconvenience? I deserve better! All of us deserve better as customers.
