I Got an Incomplete Burger King Menu with Missing Drink and Undercooked Food

I ordered a menu from Burger King, but the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The burger I received was missing the sauces and ingredients I had specifically selected. I also ordered a drink with the menu, but it never arrived. What’s even worse is that the delivery courier knew it was missing and still handed me the incomplete order like it was no big deal. When I received it, he casually said, “Looks like your menu was incomplete, huh?”—as if that made it okay.

This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. The burger patties were undercooked, and the fries were neither properly fried nor seasoned. Nothing tasted the way it should have. It felt like no one bothered to prepare the food correctly or check for missing items before sending it out.

Burger King, if your staff knows an order is incomplete and still delivers it without notifying the customer or offering a solution, that’s a huge problem. I want a refund for this meal that I couldn’t even enjoy.
