Buderus Service Promised to Show Up Twice, Never Came!!
The brand-new Buderus boiler I got decided to clock in for just one shift and then call it quits – now the radiators are as cold as ice. The Amasya Buderus service gave me the runaround, promising to show up twice with dates and times, only to bail later, blaming it on some sudden rush of work. I'm left freezing in this winter chill, getting the same old story every time I call – "We'll be there tomorrow morning, tomorrow evening," but they never show up. Talk about leaving a person out in the cold!
