Ferroli Products Have Faulty Room Thermometer And Poor Customer Service

I bought a Ferroli combination boiler, the room temperature hasn't worked right for months, and when I call customer service, they always give me the runaround. They keep telling me that they got my request and that someone will be there soon to fix it, but it never happens. I've been told things like, "It will come today," "It will come tomorrow," "It's on the way," "We're waiting because it's coming from Istanbul," etc. I've been waiting for about three months, and I still don't have an answer.I even emailed Ferroli's customer service, but they didn't have any answers for me. I'm upset because I feel like I lost my money on a broken product, and I don't think the company cares about its customers. I will keep trying every possible way until my problem is fixed. I strongly advise you not to buy anything from Ferroli.
