Buderus Boiler Failure and Customer Dissatisfaction
I have a Buderus combi boiler and even purchased an extended warranty, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. My boiler broke down, and for four months, it has not been repaired. I received a bill for ₺25,000, yet the service still hasn't been able to fix it. They removed the boiler and took it to the service center, but then they lost track of it. When they finally brought it back and reinstalled it, strange noises started coming from the unit. The service team admitted they couldn’t fix it, and the call center keeps saying they're waiting for a response from the board of directors, but it’s already been a month with no update. Buderus clearly does not stand behind the products they sell. As a customer, I’ve been completely victimized, and it’s obvious they don’t care about after-sales support or resolving issues, even after four months.
Progress
I have two Buderus GB 062 combi boilers, and one of them broke down. The issue is that the boiler constantly stays active and never shuts off—it keeps igniting non-stop. I called the service team, they came and said the main board was faulty and needed to be replaced. However, even after replacing the board, the problem remained; the same malfunction continues. Meanwhile, my monthly bill has jumped from ₺1,000 to ₺4,000. I reported the issue again to the call center, and the service team called back saying there was no need to come in person—they were speaking with the main dealer and might exchange the device. A week has passed and there’s still no update. I’ve been left completely helpless. I strongly advise against buying Buderus. There is no interest, no support, no solution—Buderus is nothing but regret.
