Delays in Daikin Warranty Service Makes One Never Buy Their Products Again

Hello, we have Airfel and Daikin combi boilers in 2 of our properties. Both broke down this winter. Both are still under warranty. As you know, the weather is cold and neither of our combi boilers are heating the radiators. Thinking that there might be a problem with the radiators, we called a master for the radiators and no problems were found in the radiators in either flat. We opened a service ticket to have the combi boilers checked, but it has been 6 business days and no one has called or asked. We sold our Airfel and Daikin combi boilers as second hand with warranty and ordered Buderus. May God not let them fall into their hands. We used our combi boilers in the 1st winter and could not use them in the 2nd winter. We called customer service 10 times in 6 business days and each time they registered, there was no further development. They only create registration, there is no other support. I will not recommend or use Daikin and Airfel products to anyone again.
