Protherm Boiler Shuts Down Repeatedly After Service
We purchased a Protherm boiler, and it was installed and activated by the service team. However, the boiler only runs for about two hours before it stops completely. Each time we call the service team back, they get it running temporarily, but it shuts down again as soon as they leave. To make matters worse, we’re charged a service fee every time they come, yet the problem remains unresolved. When we requested a replacement, no one took responsibility, and the call center even suggested we were sold a faulty unit. Winter has arrived, and this ongoing issue is leaving us without reliable heating. We need Protherm to address this problem immediately and provide a replacement to resolve this ongoing inconvenience.
I have never seen such a low-quality, indifferent, and unnecessary company. They are making us suffer like this in the middle of winter. There is a child at home, and they don't care at all. It's a complete fiasco. Their devices are broken, and we've been dealing with it for months, yet no one comes or goes. I'm telling whoever reads this: Don't waste your money on this brand.
