I bought a Bosch refrigerator from the Bosch dealer in Izmir Gaziemir. I scheduled an installation appointment with the authorized service center in Torbalı for today, May 24, 2024, Friday. My spouse stayed home all day, skipping work, waiting for the installation team. No one showed up, and no one bothered to call. I called twice, and they assured me that they would come. They said they had a record of the appointment and promised to get back to me, but there was no follow-up whatsoever. My spouse even had deductions from their daily wage for staying home. I don't understand how Bosch could behave like this. I'm utterly disappointed.
