Umingle Account Banned for Gender Searching

Today my Umingle account was suddenly banned while I was using the app. The ban notice stated that the reason was “gender searching.” Just before the ban, I only asked a stranger in chat if they were a boy or a girl, and shortly after that my account was blocked. I did not use any offensive or inappropriate language and I believe this action against my account is unfair and disproportionate. I kindly request that my Umingle account ban be removed and my access restored, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was banned based on this conversation.
