On January 30, 2024, I purchased a three-piece set including a washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator from the Hurriyet Troya Bosch store in Bursa Osmangazi. The refrigerator I bought cost ₺36,000 at the time. They insisted on a May 31 delivery deadline, claiming they couldn't store the products longer. Despite our pleas for a 2-3 month extension, they refused, so we adjusted our plans for May 31.
Now, 1.5 months past the delivery date, they've kept us waiting with empty promises. When I initially requested to keep it in storage, they refused, but now they've inconvenienced us for 1.5 months.
They've informed me that my model (KGN56VIF0N) is discontinued and offered to send an alternative, supposedly better product. However, while my original model is currently priced at ₺54,999 on Teknosa, their new offer is only worth ₺44,000. I refused and reached out, and they suggested I come in to choose a product in the ₺55,000 range.
I traveled 80 km, only for the Hurriyet dealer to insist I take either a floor model of my original refrigerator or their specific alternative model. Despite agreeing on the phone, they're now forcing me to choose between a display unit or their chosen model after causing a 1.5-month delay.
When we mentioned seeking our rights, they rudely suggested we'd lose money if we pursued legal action, saying the state would only refund the original purchase price. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the company and their attitude. They made me travel 80 km only to go back on their word.
