Bosch Washing Machine Delivery Delay
On March 27, 2024, I purchased a washing machine from the Bosch Online store using a nine-month installment plan, but despite paying two installments, it has yet to be delivered to me. After the purchase, delivery was slated for March 28, 2024, with installation the following day. However, the washing machine has not yet been delivered to me. I phoned the Bosch Istanbul headquarters nine times about this issue, and each time, they promised a different delivery date. I took three days off work to wait for the delivery at home, but it still has not arrived. I am deeply disturbed by this disruption, particularly from a globally respected corporation such as Bosch. Bosch appears to have made significant compromises on customer satisfaction during this procedure. My laundry has been piling up at home for two weeks now. I wish I hadn't purchased from Bosch. Bosch has become a symbol of frustration.
