Bosch Washer Stops Mid-Cycle Despite Sensor Replacement

My Bosch washing machine has been randomly stopping mid-cycle, sometimes with 10 minutes left, other times 2 or 50 minutes remaining. The issue occurs inconsistently and has been a major inconvenience. A service technician replaced the sensor, but the problem persists. Since the warranty has expired, I had to pay for the sensor replacement, which did nothing to fix the issue.

Now, the service team suggests continuing to replace parts until they "find the issue," charging me for each part along the way. This trial-and-error approach is unacceptable, as it could cost me a fortune unnecessarily. Even the main support center has been unable to provide a resolution.

I regret choosing Bosch and am now considering switching to another brand. Bosch, resolve this issue without further unnecessary expenses or I will no longer trust your products.
