For 20 days now, I’ve been dealing with an unresolved issue with my Bosch washing machine. Customer service has been nothing but frustrating—offering excuses, providing misleading information, and speaking rudely. They have failed to supply the necessary replacement part despite repeated attempts.

This is a machine I’ve only used for six months, and it has already broken down three times, requiring its top to be opened repeatedly. Incorrect parts were sent multiple times, adding to the delay. Meanwhile, we’ve been forced to take our clothes to family members’ homes to wash them, which is both exhausting and unacceptable.

As someone who works in uniformed service, even two days without a washing machine is a major inconvenience—let alone 20 days. I am extremely disappointed that Bosch is not standing behind its product. I urgently demand a replacement washing machine. A delay of 20 days for a single part is unacceptable. Bosch, please resolve this issue immediately!
