The most frustrating part? This is a brand-new machine, yet it’s ruining garments I can’t replace. Even worse, if you call Bosch service and they claim nothing is wrong, they still charge you for the visit. That’s incredibly unfair when there’s clearly a recurring problem. I will never buy Bosch again, and I’m shocked that a model with such a serious defect continues to be one of their best-sellers.
