My Bosch washing machine has become almost unusable due to the intense noise and vibration it produces during operation. It makes loud banging and popping sounds that are so severe we’re genuinely afraid to stand near it while it runs. It sounds like something is going to break or explode.
On top of the noise, the machine is causing visible damage to our clothes—especially during heavier loads. It struggles, shakes, and makes constant tak-tık noises, indicating a serious mechanical issue.
When I contacted customer service, they said a technician could come, but only with a service fee—even though this feels like a clear manufacturing defect, not user error.
Bosch, I expect a solution. A washing machine shouldn’t sound like a construction site or ruin clothes. Please inspect and repair this machine without charging a fee. Stand behind your product and restore our trust in your brand.
