We purchased a Bosch washing machine, and within two months, it started having issues. The first service visit blamed small items stuck in the hose and advised us to use a laundry bag, which we did. A month later, the machine malfunctioned again. This time, the technician offered vague explanations about the hose's shape, refusing to acknowledge a defect.
Despite repeatedly explaining that the machine was faulty from the beginning, Bosch denied our request for a replacement. Over 18 months, the machine continued to fail, often requiring us to run programs three times to complete a wash. Recently, it started reprogramming itself mid-cycle, and the latest service visit revealed an electrical issue with the control unit, requiring part replacement.
I contacted customer service to demand a replacement and requested all service records, but Bosch insisted we accept the repair first before considering a replacement. They’ve delayed sending the service records despite multiple requests. Bosch has stalled us through the warranty period with a defective product, and we refuse to settle for a temporary fix. We demand an immediate replacement to resolve this ongoing problem.
