I had a frustrating experience with my Bosch refrigerator, as it stopped cooling properly. I contacted their service center, but no one bothered to call me back the entire day, despite their promise to do so before coming. They finally called, asked my spouse a few questions, and listened to the fridge's noise. The technician confidently declared that the entire motor needed to be replaced, quoting a staggering 4,000 TL for the repair. And guess what? They didn't even have the motor in stock; they had to place an order. Can you believe it? How can they decide on a 4,000 TL motor replacement without even inspecting it in person? This incident, along with previous disappointing experiences with Bosch appliances and my boiler, has convinced me to replace my remaining Bosch fridge and completely rid myself of this brand. They don't charge a service fee if you get the repair done, but if you decline, you're stuck with a 259 TL service charge. Sorry, but I won't blindly order an expensive motor based on a stranger's remote sound analysis. It seems like Bosch has changed their priorities. Profit over people... I'll pass.
