Complaint Regarding Bosch Refrigerator

I am writing to express my disappointment with a Bosch refrigerator I purchased approximately 5 to 6 years ago. In the middle of summer, the refrigerator suddenly stopped working. The authorized service diagnosed a motor failure and demanded a repair cost of 15,000 TL (approximately 460 USD) for replacement. After doing some research, I discovered that many other customers are experiencing the same issue, especially with relatively new Bosch refrigerators. This seems to be a recurring and known problem. However, Bosch refuses to take any responsibility just because the product is out of warranty. A motor failure in such a short period is not acceptable for a premium brand like Bosch. I expected much better quality and after-sales support. I kindly ask Bosch to reconsider its position and offer a fair solution—whether it's a discounted repair, a free replacement, or at least partial coverage of the cost.
