They reported, "There are issues with your motor; it needs to be replaced," and immediately replaced it, charging me 6,890 ₺ for the new motor. Another employee came to install the new motor. The new motor was installed, but the refrigerator did not work, and they said, "Issues with the video card." I checked the old motor, and they told me it was fine. I stated that I would not pay for the video card as I felt deceived. They said, "Okay," but so far, no one has called or inquired. All the items stored inside were spoiled. I plan to file a complaint against Bosch everywhere. I have suffered. I want them to come and resolve this issue as soon as possible; otherwise, I will contact the Consumer Protection Agency. I am waiting for feedback from the responsible parties.
