Bosch Refrigerator Service: A Nightmare of Exorbitant Costs and Rude Employees

My Bosch refrigerator stopped working. When I asked about the motor price for the problem that was diagnosed about 20 days ago, they quoted me 5,000 TL. I called the authorized service three days ago to find out the status of the problem and to schedule a repair. When the service personnel arrived, they performed the required inspection and informed me that the motor needed to be replaced. When I inquired about the price this time, they stated that it would be 6,000 TL and that there would be three service personnel. They wore no Bosch service identification, uniforms, or shoe covers. I went to the Bosch authorized service center in Usak to address the price difference. While discussing the price difference with the service manager, I began hearing inappropriate words. He claims that he does not require our funds. He appears to be working out of the goodness of his heart. He directed the woman next to him to cancel my service request without my permission. What happened to the adage that your company would rather lose money than lose a customer? This individual earns a living thanks to the company and customers like me, but he appears to have developed quite an ego. They clearly lack proper customer interaction training. They haven't figured out how to communicate with customers.
