I had a Bosch refrigerator for 17 years and I recently decided to get a new one. I had a really good old refrigerator, but I decided to get a new one because there was a discount on Bosch dryers when you bought a new refrigerator. So, I traded in my old fridge and got the new Bosch refrigerator model KDN76AWF0N.
But then, the new refrigerator started making weird noises, so I gave the service a call. At first, when we talked on the phone, they thought the sound was normal. But when I insisted on having a specialized service visit and let them listen for themselves, they finally admitted there was a problem. I sent the sound recording to the factory, and they decided to replace it. I got the same brand, but the model they sent me is KDN76AWF1N. But once again, the new refrigerator started making a lot of noise. The specialized service confirmed the problem after they listened to the sound file I sent over the phone.
The technicians who came to fix the issue also agreed that there was a problem. But this time, the person at the factory who listened to the recording said it was normal. Because our old refrigerator started making strange noises after 17 years, we have to keep the kitchen door closed. All the appliances in my house are made by Bosch. But, from now on, I won't pick this brand anymore. I don't understand why I'm having so many issues with this product that I spent a lot of money on.
