I Face Repeated Breakdowns and Failed Repairs With Bosch KGN76CIEON Refrigerator

I own a Bosch KGN76CIEON refrigerator, and about 3–4 months ago it started making loud noises before eventually stopping completely. At first, I contacted the Bosch authorized service, and they simply told me to unplug the fridge for 48 hours and then plug it back in. I followed this advice, but it did nothing to fix the issue.

When I called the service again, a different team came and replaced almost all of the major components of the refrigerator. Unfortunately, the machine only worked for three more days before it broke down again. For the past 3–4 days, it has not been working at all.

My fridge is still under warranty and was purchased from the Sefaköy branch. Throughout this process, I have called the Bosch call center at least 10 times, but I only received one return call today. I have now faced the same malfunction three times, and the repeated temporary fixes have done nothing to solve the underlying problem.

At this point, I am requesting a full replacement of my refrigerator. Multiple breakdowns and failed repairs in such a short period show that this unit is not reliable. I expect Bosch to take responsibility and provide a quick and permanent solution so I am not left without a working refrigerator again.

There has still been no response regarding my complaint. The refrigerator has not been working for 8 days. I want an urgent response.
