Bosch Fails to Fix Persistent Freezing Issue in My KDN55NWF Refrigerator Since 2021
I bought the Bosch fridge model KDN55NWF back in 2021 and went for a 7-year warranty just to feel more secure about it. Right from the first month, it began to have problems with dripping and cooling, so the service team swapped it out for a new one. But by early 2023, the new model started having the same issues. Even though the service technicians have come by 8-9 times and swapped out a part or two each time, they still haven't sorted out the problem. They took pictures of the dripping and freezing issues but didn’t do anything about it, and I never got any paperwork. The customer service team hasn't been very helpful, saying that the test results indicate everything is fine. I clarified that the tests were done while everything was running normally, not when it was leaking. The fridge is freezing all my food, and then it goes bad when it thaws out. During the last visit, a technician noticed a serious freezing problem. He mentioned he would reach out to the factory, but I never heard back from him. It’s November 2024, and we’re still dealing with the same problems. I'm really unhappy with how little support and resolution I've gotten from Bosch.
