I decided to replace my Bosch brand refrigerator, which I have been using for 17 years. My refrigerator was working fine, but I took advantage of the discount campaign on the dryer for those who buy a Bosch brand refrigerator, delivered my old refrigerator and bought the Bosch KDN76AWF0N brand refrigerator. However, strange noises started coming from the refrigerator I bought and I called the service. At first, they thought the sound I sent from the phone was normal, but when I had it listened to by private refrigerator services, they stated that there was a problem. When I persistently called the service and listened to them, they accepted the problem. After the sound was sent to the factory, it was decided to make a replacement and the KDN76AWF1N model of the same brand was sent. However, this time the new refrigerator started to work loudly. It was stated that there was still a problem with the voice recordings that I played to the private service and sent from my phone. The technicians who came to the service also admitted that there was a problem. However, this time, the person listening at the factory evaluated the sound as normal. Especially in the evenings, we have to close the kitchen door due to the refrigerator noise, which we have not experienced in our 17-year-old refrigerator. All the white goods I use in my home are Bosch brand. However, I will not choose this brand from now on. I don't understand why I am having these problems with the product for which I paid a high amount.
