Problematic Bosch Refrigerator with Ignorant Support

I bought a Bosch refrigerator in June 2023. The refrigerator began making noises even when the door was closed about 15 days after I purchased it. When I changed the temperature settings, it would stop. Later, I noticed that the refrigerator was not adequately cooling, particularly the bottom section where the freezer section is located. Given that it was a new appliance, I initially attributed it to my unfamiliarity with its operation and couldn't believe it could be faulty. I then went on vacation, leaving my spare key with a neighbor and asking them to contact me if there were any problems with the refrigerator. Throughout my vacation, the refrigerator continued to make noise and failed to properly cool. I immediately contacted the authorized service center upon my return. The service technician came twice and discovered a blockage in the back. He couldn't resolve the problem during the first visit and promised to provide an update, which he never did. Following that, I filed several service requests, and they eventually returned to melt the ice in the back with a hairdryer, breaking the ice inside. After that, the refrigerator started making a lot of noise. It temporarily cooled down but quickly returned to its previous state. I initiated a new service request, and measurements revealed that the refrigerator was not adequately cooling, as confirmed by authorized personnel. I asked for a replacement refrigerator, but the service representative said they could only do so if the problem was reported within the first 15 days of purchase. I believe my rights are being violated, and I demand that the refrigerator be replaced. I urgently need this matter resolved, and I am dissatisfied with Bosch's service in this regard.
