I purchased the cooker oven built-in set from Turkey Bosch Ankamall Company in June (June 4) and made the payment. The sales representative stated that the product will be delivered to us if we call 2-3 days before the date we want to receive it during the payment. As we moved to our house towards the end of June, I phoned the Bosch Ankamall branch and said that I wanted the products I purchased to be brought back. He said that the products could not be delivered due to the holiday and that the refrigerator and freezer were delivered primarily due to Eid. They persistently did not deliver the products promised to me in June. Even though it is 5 6 days before the holiday, my product was not delivered and natural gas could not be connected to my house. As if this was not enough, when I called after the holiday, they said that they did not have any product and it would only come until the end of July. Bosch Ankamall company sells the product they do not have and officially victimizes the customer for two months. Ankamall Bosch dealer stains the name of Bosch Turkey with these grievances. In Google comments, many customers like me stated that they were victimized by their money. Because of the irresponsibility of this company, I do not have natural gas in my house! If you don't have a product, why do you sell products by saying that we will bring your product in two days and then you make people suffer for two months!? I demand this situation be resolved. Otherwise, I will take the process to court!
